Christine Kelly, RN, BSN, MBA

Christine Kelly serves as the Vice President, Clinical Services for EmCare’s North Division. In this role, Kelly works with EmCare Medical Directors and EmCare’s client leadership team to assist in the development of strategies to improve ED clinical operations. Kelly received her Lean certi cation from the University of Michigan, and her Lean Black Belt certi cation from Purdue University.

Kelly offers more than 30 years of experience in acute care / nursing administration, including experience as a Director of Nursing / VP Patient Care Services. Throughout her career, Kelly has spearheaded signi cant quality initiatives using proven methodologies, led clinical transformation and participated in work ow /process redesign in all areas of acute care, including ED, critical care, surgical services, OB / L&D, med surg, psychiatry and allied health departments.

In addition to her nursing and administrative background, Kelly has signi cant experience in healthcare consulting, specializing in operational assessment, practice transformation, clinical documentation (Accenture) and implementation of electronic health record solutions in the US, Canada and Europe (Siemens, Eclipsys, Cerner, etc.). Kelly holds a MBA, BSN from Widener University in Chester, PA, and is a graduate of Hahnemann Hospital School of Nursing in Philadelphia. She is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Association of Nurse Executives (AONE), American Nurses Association (ANA) and the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).
