Baylor Medical Center of Garland is a 204-bed hospital. This 15,000 sq. ft., 24-bed Emergency Department cares for 60,000 patients annually. There are 40 hours of physician coverage plus 34 hours of MLP coverage in the ED and Fast Track. There are also CT and ultrasound available 24 hours per day. With over 250 physicians on staff, all specialties are represented. The hospital recently completed a $50 million expansion with a new Emergency Department slated for the near future.
