Citrus Valley Medical Center/ Inter-Community Campus is looking for an experienced BC/EM physician.
12-bed Emergency Department & Fast Track
Annual Volume: 22,500 (approx 62 patients per day )
Moderate acuity & low trauma
12 Hour Shifts -24 hrs of physician coverage + 10 hrs of MLP coverage per day
30% Admit rate & 2-3% LWBS
Back-up includes Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics (ED sees 10% peds population), In-house Radiologists (during business hours with Night Hawk after hours), PACS, 24 hr lab services, 24 hr EKG & 24 hr Pharmacy.
Compensation is based on hourly base + RVU incentive.
Physicians are Employees with part time benefits.
EmCare offers ‘A’ rated malpractice with no-tail obligation upon departure.
