Facility Description
Colorado River Medical Center, owned by the City of Needles, is a 25 bed JCAHO accredited Hospital that serves the tri-state areas of Arizona, California and Nevada. The Medical Center currently services a population 60,000 and is expected to grow considerably in the next few years. The Emergency Room handles 11,000 visits per year and the hospital offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. The facility offers 24 hour shifts (some 48 & 72 hour shifts with prior approval of the site medical director) and Independent Contractor status.

Needles is a family oriented community located conveniently on Interstate 40 and offers affordable luxury homes in the neighboring Arizona and Nevada communities, as well as Needles.

Some of the finest boating, water skiing, wakeboarding and personal water crafting are available on the Colorado River, which runs through Needles. Fishermen will enjoy the variety of catch available in the river: rainbow trout, catfish, crappie, largemouth bass and stripers that are found here in spring.
